Delivery Charges:

Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the product along with the current Royal Mail second class and standard parcel delivery rate. At the current time we consider this to be the fairest method to calculate actual postal charges. Each product detail has a weight that includes packaging and is used to calculate the postal charge that will automatically be added to your basket. The easiest way for you to see actual postal charges is to add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, a postal charge, calculated on weight of products, will be visible at the bottom of your basket before you proceed to checkout.

Postal charges: 101-250g £1.24; 251-500g £1.63; 501-750g £2.08; 751g-1000g £2.49
not over 2kg £4.20; 4kg £6.85; 6kg £9.30

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders to the UK mainland over £50.

The postage charged is for seond class or standard parcel delivery - if you require your order urgently or delivery to an area outside of the UK mainland please contact us at info@madkat.co.uk. We will gladly arrange a personalised postage quote for you.

Despatch:

An email notification will be sent to you once your goods have been despatched. In stock goods will be despatched within 24 hours, if this is not possible we will of course inform you, however, if you have specific requirements please contact us at info@madkat.co.uk and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number. Goods are not dispatched on Saturday afternoons or Sundays.

Method:

We use Royal Mail post for all deliveries. Their aim for Second Class mail is within 3 working days and Standard Parcels within 3 to 5 days after posting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.

Stock:

We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out. In this case the item will display that it is out of stock when added to your basket. If the automated stock control fails we will contact you via email to let you know that an item is out of stock. You will then be given the choice of waiting until the item is back in stock, a replacement item or full refund.
