Delivery: Delivery Charges: Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the product along with the current Royal Mail second class and standard parcel delivery rate. At the current time we consider this to be the fairest method to calculate actual postal charges. Each product detail has a weight that includes packaging and is used to calculate the postal charge that will automatically be added to your basket. The easiest way for you to see actual postal charges is to add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, a postal charge, calculated on weight of products, will be visible at the bottom of your basket before you proceed to checkout. not over 2kg £4.20; 4kg £6.85; 6kg £9.30 Standard shipping is FREE on all orders to the UK mainland over £50.The postage charged is for seond class or standard parcel delivery - if you require your order urgently or delivery to an area outside of the UK mainland please contact us at info@madkat.co.uk. We will gladly arrange a personalised postage quote for you. Despatch: An email notification will be sent to you once your goods have been despatched. In stock goods will be despatched within 24 hours, if this is not possible we will of course inform you, however, if you have specific requirements please contact us at info@madkat.co.uk and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number. Goods are not dispatched on Saturday afternoons or Sundays. Method: We use Royal Mail post for all deliveries. Their aim for Second Class mail is within 3 working days and Standard Parcels within 3 to 5 days after posting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery. Stock: We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out. In this case the item will display that it is out of stock when added to your basket. If the automated stock control fails we will contact you via email to let you know that an item is out of stock. You will then be given the choice of waiting until the item is back in stock, a replacement item or full refund. If you would like to know when a particular item will be back in stock please contact us at info@madkat.co.uk Payment: We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments by using the PayPal secure on-line payment system. You do not have to create a PayPal account to do this. Should you wish to order and pay by cheque or postal order please email lynn@madkat.co.uk. The goods will not be dispatched until the full payment has been received. Website Data: All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT but not delivery charges. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data entry. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or cancelling it. You can cancel your order anytime within 7 working days of receipt. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us immediately at customerservices@madkat.co.uk We will arrange to exchange or refund the goods once they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. We will require you to pay for the return postage of any items being returned and, for your own protection; we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. The above terms do not affect your Statutory Rights. English Law applies to all purchases. Faulty Goods All of our products are quality checked before leaving us and our customers are therefore unlikely to receive faulty goods. In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will be pleased to exchange the product or offer a refund once we have verified the fault. Please contact us before returning any goods. When you return goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend returning goods using Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK or an equivalent service if you live outside of the UK. Signatures are always recommended when goods are returned. Refunds Once your item has been returned and the fault confirmed (if returned for this reason) you will be credited with the full purchase price of the item including delivery charges.
